BJ Institute of Technology Inc.

A student applicant follows the Registration and Enrolment Procedures prescribed by the Admission Office according to chosen classification. The following procedures shall be observed.

FOR NEW STUDENTS

Present Admission Requirements to the assigned teacher to check your requirements
Secure a copy of Registration Form (RF) from the Registrar's Office (All data fields must be filled up completely.
Submit Accomplished Registration Form (RF) to the assigned teacher to check your Subjects and Personal Data
Proceed to Cashier's Office to pay the necessary school fees.
Proceed to Registrar's Office for Enrolment.

FOR OLD STUDENTS

Present Accomplished Student's Clearance to the assigned teacher for the issuance of Registration Form (RF).
Submit Accomplished Registration Form (RF) to the assigned teacher to check your Subjects and Personal Data.
Proceed to Cashier's Office to Pay the necessary school fees.
Proceed to Registrar's Office for the Enrolment.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Fully accomplished STUDENT DATA SHEET

2. Entrance examination result

3. PSA Certified Birth Certificate (Original NSO Birth Certificate)

4. Original Grade 10 Report Card (with Learner Reference Number (LRN))

5. Original Certificate of Junior High School Completion

6. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character

7. ESC Certification Letter from Junior High School Principal (ESC Grantees only)

8. QVR Certificate (Qualified Voucher Applicants only)

9. 2 pieces ID Picture (plain background), size 1"x 1"

10. Photocopy of NCAE Result

11. One (1) long brown envelope to contain all of the above documents

Additional/Other Requirements:

1. For High School Graduates from the Old Basic Education Program
  1. Original Form 138 Report Card
  2. Certification from the high school principal stating that the Form 137-A is still in the school file, and has not been forwarded to another school
2. For students who attended Non-Formal Education Accreditation and Equivalency or completers of Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency:
  1. Certificate of Rating with passing marks in all subjects
  2. Photocopy of diploma
